We understand that protecting your personal information is important. This Privacy Policy sets out our commitment to protecting the privacy of personal information provided to us, or otherwise collected by us when providing our web/mobile application Services to you. In this Privacy Policy we, us or our means Wizer General Inc.

If you are a third party providing personal information about somebody else, you represent and warrant that you have such person’s consent to provide the personal information to us.

Access: You may request access to the personal information that we hold about you. An administrative fee may be payable for the provision of such information. Please note, in some situations, we may be legally permitted to withhold access to your personal information.
Correction: If you believe that any information we hold about you is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading, please contact us using the details below. We will take reasonable steps to promptly correct any information found to be inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading. We will promptly investigate your complaint and respond to you, in writing, setting out the outcome of our investigation and the steps we will take in response to your complaint. We are committed to ensuring that the personal information we collect is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures, to safeguard and secure personal information and protect it from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorized access, modification and disclosure.
While we are committed to security, we cannot guarantee the security of any information that is transmitted to or by us over the Internet. The transmission and exchange of information is carried out at your own risk.
Cookies
We may use cookies on our online Services from time to time. Cookies are text files placed in your computer’s browser to store your preferences. Cookies, by themselves, do not tell us your email address or other personally identifiable information. However, they do recognise you when you return to our online Services and allow third parties, such as Google and Facebook, to cause our advertisements to appear on your social media and online media feeds as part of our retargeting campaigns. If and when you choose to provide our online Services with personal information, this information may be linked to the data stored in the cookie.

Data from Social Accounts
If you connect your Nigima account to a social network account, such as Facebook, we will collect data about you from the social network. We will do this in accordance with the privacy settings you have on that social network.
The data we may receive includes your name, ID or handle, profile picture, gender, username, user ID, age or age range, language, country, friends list, follower list and any other information you agree to share.
We use this data to help create your public profile on our Service, and help you share your experiences on our Service with your friends, followers or contacts on the social network you have connected your Nigima account to.
If you agree, we may also use your data to give you updates on the social network which might be of interest to you or any promotion you are taking part in. We won’t post to your social network or friends, followers or contacts without your permission.
App login
When you create an account and log in, we collect your username, password and information about your device. It is in our legitimate interest to use this data to keep your account secure.
If you decide to log-in using a social network, such as Facebook sign-in, or any other third party log-in methods, we are not given your password or other account login details for those social networks or other third party services. However, we may receive some information from those third party services depending on the third party account you choose to use to log in. For example, depending upon the third party service you choose to use and your settings on that service, we may receive your email address registered with that third party service.
You should keep your username and password safe and not share them with anyone else. You are responsible for actions that are taken using your username and password. If you think someone has access to your password or account, you should tell us immediately and change your password.
Deletion of Personal Information
You have the right to request the deletion of personal information that we collect or maintain about you. To submit a request to delete personal information, please submit an email request to support@nigima and please specify in your request the details you would like to have deleted.
We will ask that you provide certain information to verify your identity. The information that we ask you to provide to verify your identity will depend on your prior interactions with us and the sensitivity of the personal data at issue. We will respond to your request in accordance with the Privacy Act 2000 (PIPEDA). If we deny your request, we will explain why.
Links to other websites
Our Services may contain links to other websites. We do not have any control over those websites and we are not responsible for the protection and privacy of any personal information which you provide whilst visiting those websites. Those websites are not governed by this Privacy Policy.
Amendments
We may, at any time and at our discretion, vary this Privacy Policy by publishing the amended Privacy Policy on our website. We recommend you check our website regularly to ensure you are aware of our current Privacy Policy.

c. if we collect, use or disclose any information from you in accordance with this Privacy Policy that is also sensitive information (such as information relating to police checks conducted on users), then we will seek consent directly from you each time we collect, use or disclose your sensitive information, including for direct marketing purposes.
